The diagnostic · How we work

One week. Twelve points. Three classes of finding: what's leaking, what's underperforming, and what hasn't been built yet.

A Ryklin diagnostic is not a deck. It is an instrumented walk-through your operation, twelve points across the operating surface where revenue is leaking, where systems are running below their ceiling, and where the architecture to capture the next dollar doesn't exist yet. You finish the week with a ranked, dollarized map and the install plan that closes it.

What this page is

The instrument, the walk-through, the contract.

Below: the live diagnostic console we walk through with operators, the three-phase engagement the diagnostic dovetails into, and the contract we hold ourselves to before you sign anything. The console is illustrative, it shows the readouts and ranges we report on, populated with median values from the first cohort of engagements.

Each line resolves to one of four classes: a present leak, a system running below its ceiling, an architecture gap, or a clean point not currently a priority.

What happens after the diagnostic ends.

01 · Diagnose

Quantify the leaks.

Week 1 · 5 working days

We instrument the twelve points across your operation and price each finding against your own books, leaks in dollars per year, optimization gaps in dollars left on the table, architecture gaps in the dollars they would unlock. You receive a ranked, dollarized findings map and the install plan that closes it.

  • D-0112 intake points instrumented against your own data
  • D-02Each leak priced in dollars, not in maturity scores
  • D-03Ranked findings map and install sequencing delivered
02 · Install

Fit the fix, not the framework.

Weeks 2 – 8 · one system at a time

We sit inside your operation as a temporary partner, not a deck-writer. We change the system that produced the leak. Install ends with a working system, a documented runbook, and a measurable baseline you can hold.

  • I-01System redesigned end-to-end · one area
  • I-02Operator training in-line, not handed off
  • I-03Weekly variance review against the leak baseline
  • I-04Success criteria written and signed before close
03 · Operate

We stay in the loop.

Month 3+ · monthly cadence, rolling

Once the system is installed, we don't disappear. The same operator who designed the install runs a monthly cadence with your team, KPI review, rolling improvements, the next constraint when it surfaces. Most engagements transition into a rolling retainer; some don't. Either way the choice is yours, and the system is yours.

  • O-01Operator handover · same person who installed
  • O-02Documented runbook your team owns
  • O-03Monthly cadence · KPI review · next constraint
  • O-04Rolling system care, month-to-month, not locked
Promise · 01

We dollarize before we sell.

Every finding is priced against your own books, leaks in dollars per year, optimization gaps in dollars left on the table, and architecture investments in dollars they would unlock. You see the math before we recommend an install.

Promise · 02

One operator, kickoff to handoff.

The same person who runs your diagnostic runs your install and your monthly review. No account-team handoff. No junior throwing it over the fence.

Promise · 03

Your system, your team, your runbook.

We install inside your tools, train your team in line, and leave a written runbook. The system has to keep running after we're gone, that's the only outcome we measure.
