Ryklin Group LLC ("Ryklin Group", "we", "us") provides constraint-identification and execution services to operations-heavy businesses. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

Business contact data: name, email, company, role, public phone, mailing address.
Public firmographics: revenue range, headcount, industry, location.
Engagement data: email opens, clicks, replies, calls, meetings, and the contents of communications you send us.
Service-delivery data: documents, recordings, and notes we create with you during an engagement.

2. How we use it

To deliver and improve our services.
To send relevant outreach to business contacts. All marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
To analyze the effectiveness of our outreach and our delivered work.
To meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.

3. Retention

Prospect data is retained for up to 36 months from last engagement signal. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and compliance.

4. Your choices

Unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or visit /unsubscribe with the link we sent you.
Access, correction, deletion: email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Do-not-contact: reply "remove" or "stop" to any message; we honor it within one business day.

5. CAN-SPAM & commercial email

Our commercial email complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003: every message identifies us, includes our postal address, contains a working unsubscribe mechanism, and uses accurate routing and subject lines. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days. Our mailing address is published at /address.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use vendors to operate the business — including AWS (infrastructure), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (messaging), Cloudflare (DNS & edge). Each vendor processes data only on our instructions.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in AWS. Access to client data is limited to engagement personnel under written confidentiality.
